ADM Cleaning maintained commercial interior

Privacy Policy

How ADM handles personal information submitted through this website.

Effective date: September 26, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

ADM Cleaning & Maintenance Services, Inc. (“ADM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides commercial and industrial cleaning services. This policy explains how we handle personal information through the ADM website where this policy appears and communications related to website inquiries.

This policy is a privacy notice. It does not itself provide consent to promotional emails, marketing calls, or text messages. Separate notices or agreements may apply to information handled in providing contracted services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. Our quote and contact forms request your full name, company name, phone number, email address, and facility address. You may also provide approximate square footage, services of interest, and a message describing your cleaning needs. Required fields are identified on the form.

We also receive information you choose to share in follow-up emails, phone conversations, walkthrough arrangements, or requests concerning your information. This can include scheduling preferences and relevant facility details.

Please provide only information needed for your inquiry and that you are authorized to share. General website forms are not intended for Social Security numbers, payment-card information, patient records, passwords, alarm codes, or other sensitive information.

Information associated with a website visit. Our website, hosting, delivery, security, and analytics services receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested page addresses, visit times, and referring pages. Website analytics also uses a session identifier and may include language and general regional information inferred from the browser’s time zone. Section 6 explains these technologies.

3. How we use information

We use information for purposes relevant to your interaction with ADM, including:

  • Responding to questions and quote requests.
  • Understanding facility requirements, arranging walkthroughs, and preparing proposals.
  • Coordinating requested services and communicating with prospective or existing clients.
  • If introduced, sending optional ADM promotional emails as described in section 7.
  • Maintaining inquiry and business correspondence.
  • Operating the website, measuring page visits, diagnosing problems, and preventing misuse.
  • Responding to privacy requests, meeting legal obligations, and addressing disputes.

We use the information reasonably needed for these purposes. An inquiry does not automatically enroll you in unrelated promotional communications.

4. Email delivery and possible CRM use

Website quote requests are forwarded to ADM’s business email for review and follow-up. Email-delivery and mailbox providers process information needed to transmit, receive, and maintain those communications. Authorized ADM personnel use the information to handle your request.

ADM does not currently use a customer relationship management (CRM) system. If we implement one, we may enter relevant inquiry information to organize contact details, quote follow-up, proposals, and service coordination. Before using it, we will assess the provider’s privacy and security practices, select a system with safeguards appropriate for the information involved, and configure access for authorized people who need the information.

We will require appropriate confidentiality and security protections from the CRM provider and limit its permitted use of inquiry information to providing services for ADM. We will also address retention, deletion, and access settings as part of implementation. These are commitments for any future CRM implementation, not a statement that a CRM is currently connected to this website.

5. Disclosure of information and our no-sale commitment

ADM does not sell your contact information to anyone.

We may disclose information for the following purposes:

  • Service providers: Website hosting, content delivery, security, technical support, email delivery, mailbox services, website analytics, and a CRM or promotional-email platform if implemented. Providers receive information relevant to the work they perform for us.
  • Business support: Authorized personnel and advisers who need information to handle inquiries, coordinate requested services, or assist with legitimate business or legal matters.
  • Legal and protective purposes: Where required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to valid legal process, prevent fraud or misuse, or protect lawful rights and safety.
  • Your direction: Where you ask us to disclose information or provide a separate authorization.

We seek to limit provider access and use to appropriate purposes and consider providers’ safeguards. Third-party features may also collect information directly, as described below. The statement about selling contact information should not be read as a claim that no information is ever disclosed to a provider.

6. Cookies, analytics, maps, and externally hosted content

Website security. The site uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Security cookies, including __cf_bm, help distinguish legitimate visits from automated abuse and support website protection. Infrastructure providers also process technical request information to deliver the website.

Functional storage. The website also uses browser storage to support navigation, remember page scroll positions during a visit, and help recover from page-loading errors.

Page-visit analytics. The hosting platform includes an analytics script that uses a first-party session-id cookie. The script sends page-visit events through the website’s analytics endpoint. Events include a session identifier, visit time, page URL, referring page, browser information, language, and time-zone-derived regional information. These measurements help us understand website use and performance. Analytics is separate from information deliberately submitted in quote forms.

Google Analytics. Google Analytics is part of our planned website analytics. When enabled, it helps us understand which pages people visit and how they interact with the website. Depending on its configuration, it uses cookies or similar technologies and processes identifiers, browser and device information, page views, referring sources, activity on the site, and approximate location. Google receives information through this service. You can learn about its processing in Google’s partner-site privacy explanation and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on on supported browsers. That add-on does not turn off the separate hosting-platform analytics, Maps, or all other website processing.

Advertising pixels. ADM has not installed advertising pixels on this website. If we add advertising or retargeting technologies, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide any notices, choices, or consent mechanisms required by applicable law. This statement does not mean that Google Maps, Google-hosted resources, or analytics services never receive information.

Google Maps and fonts. Pages include embedded Google Maps and load fonts from Google. Loading these features connects your browser to Google, which receives technical information needed to provide them. Maps may use cookies and other technologies, depending on the feature, browser, and account settings. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Other hosted resources and links. Images and other website resources may be delivered through hosting and content-delivery providers that receive technical request information. If you follow an external link, that destination’s policies govern its services.

You can manage cookies and some third-party content through browser settings and provider controls. Blocking them may affect maps or other features and does not necessarily prevent all technical requests or analytics events. The hosting-platform analytics does not currently respond automatically to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. You may contact ADM about available privacy choices; applicable legal requirements still govern.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to submit a website form and contact us by phone or email instead. If information needed to evaluate a request is not provided, we may be unable to prepare a proposal or arrange the requested service.

Inquiry-related communications. We use the contact details you provide to respond to your questions, quote request, or scheduling needs. You can ask us to correct contact details or stop optional follow-up. We may still need to communicate about an active service arrangement, your specific request, or a legal requirement.

Future promotional emails. ADM does not currently operate a promotional-email program, but may introduce one to share information about its services or offers. If we do, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required. Each promotional email will identify ADM and include a clear way to unsubscribe. You may also contact us at info@admcleaningservices.com to opt out. We will honor opt-out requests within the time required by law and may retain a limited suppression record to help avoid sending further promotional emails. Unsubscribing from promotions does not prevent necessary communications about a request or services you have arranged.

Text messages. ADM does not send promotional text messages. Providing your phone number through a quote form is not consent to a promotional-text program.

Depending on the law that applies to you and ADM, rights may include access to information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, withdrawal of consent, or objection to or restriction of certain processing. Other rights, such as an appeal or an opt-out of particular advertising-related uses, apply only where the relevant law requires them. This policy does not claim that every right applies to every visitor.

Contact us using section 13 and describe your request. We may need proportionate information to verify identity or authority. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain relevant exceptions or next steps. Do not send sensitive identification documents unless we request an appropriate verification method.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures intended to protect information handled by ADM. Our approach includes limiting access according to business need, considering service-provider safeguards, and using appropriate account and system protections.

The measures used depend on the information and the systems involved. No internet transmission, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information through general inquiry channels and contact us if you suspect misuse of information provided to ADM.

9. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Relevant considerations include whether an inquiry remains active, whether it becomes a client relationship, the need to maintain proposals and service records, legal recordkeeping requirements, and the need to resolve disputes or document privacy preferences.

We aim to avoid keeping identifiable information longer than necessary and to delete it or otherwise dispose of it appropriately when it is no longer needed. Retention may differ between correspondence, business records, security information, and analytics. Deletion requests may be subject to lawful retention exceptions.

10. Children

This website is intended for business representatives and adults seeking commercial or industrial cleaning services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the website.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

11. Where information is processed

ADM operates in Massachusetts. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Privacy protections can differ between jurisdictions. Any protections or transfer requirements imposed by applicable law remain applicable; visiting the website is not blanket consent to a transfer.

12. Policy updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent when required by law.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we continue to review and improve the site with that standard in mind. This website also offers accessibility options — including larger text, higher contrast, and reduced motion — available from the accessibility button at the bottom corner of every page. If you have trouble using any part of this website, please contact us and we will gladly help you directly.
